📦 Returns

• Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

• Non-returnable Items: Products that are customized, used, physically damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

• How to Request a Return:

💰 Refunds

• Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, etc.).

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault.

• Please do not send products back without prior approval.

• For orders above Rs. 100,000, valid CNIC information is required as part of our verification and security process.

• Refunds will be declined if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
