📦 Returns

Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

Non-returnable Items: Products that are customized, used, physically damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, etc.).

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping Charges:

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
